CLUB NEWS / Phil Roberts Departs Hartsdown Park
Roberts joined the Blues in January 2023, and played a key part in ensuring the Blues survival in the 2022/23 Isthmian Premier Division and in the Kent Senior Cup success in May.
After a positive start to the season, including a brace against Whitehawk on the opening day, Roberts reverted more to a coaching capacity, however still played a role on the pitch when called upon.
Everyone at Margate FC would like to thank Phil for his time at Hartsdown Park and we wish him well for his future career.
We can also confirm that midfielder Daniel Duncanson has joined Phoenix Sports in the Isthmian South-East division to gain some further playing time.
