Daniel is Manager Jay Saunders’ first recruit and joins Hartsdown Park until 9th March.
The 24-year-old, made 39 appearances in his debut season for Dover and has featured 17 times for The Whites this season.
“Kadell is someone who I’ve tried to sign a couple of times at Maidstone but it never quite happened. He is someone who I really feel can add to us in the final third, he has got lots of quality and I’d like to think will add some goals.”
“He needs to get out, play games and enjoy his football and I believe we will give him that and in turn he will help us.”
