Bank Holiday Monday Match Day Plans
With just one home game left this season, the club is excited to announce part of our plans for our final Bostik League clash at Hartsdown Park on Monday 22nd April.
The Kent derby against Folkestone Invicta is set to end the 2018/19 campaign in style. The fixture will be The Gate’s final McDonalds Family Fun Day of the year.
What we can share now, are a number of exciting things taking place on this Bank Holiday showdown.
Walking Football
Get to HDP for 1pm and watch the Kent derby preview as The Gate's Walking Football Team taking on our guest's Walking Football team.
Gaming Vault
With six LED screens, driving simulators, a surround sound music system, karaoke and consoles including Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo Switch & VR Headsets and all the latest games, have a go from 2:30pm-5:30pm.
Cam Cole performs
Before kick-off, we have some live entertainment from Cam Cole, a new age traveller who roams around performing the streets and venues with his one man band show influenced by Folk, Delta Blues Grunge and Rock N' Roll.
Margate Supper
If the derby day fixture wasn’t tasty enough, snap up tickets to enjoy a Margate Supper collaboration.
For just £25, supporters will receive entry to our Bostik League fixture, a complimentary pint of beer or glass of wine and a three-course lunch served from 1pm.
This brilliant package is also available to Season Ticket Holders for £15.

Margate FC Supporters Club End of Season Presentation
From 6.30pm, Margate FC’s Supporters Club will host an end of season presentation to look back and celebrate the season across the whole football club.
A buffet and raffle will take place whilst the Clubhouse Bar will be open throughout to serve supporters.
Presentations from the club’s Walking Football, Under 23s and Ladies team will take place. Supporters will also be able to hear from Club Chairman, Terrance Painter and First Team Manager, Jay Saunders.
All first team players will be attending the event and shirt sponsors will be presented their player's shirt from their selected player.
The Supporters Club will toast to the season, present various awards and remember supporters who are no longer with us. Fans and visitors are welcome to attend and come together for this special event.
Live Band
Following the Supporters Club end of season presentation, there will be free live music at Hartsdown Park.
From 8:30pm, Brad Pittance and The Pirates perform. The Reggae and Old Ska band are popular in the local area, so do hang around to watch them in action!
