PLAYER NEWS / Muwonge Moves To Margate
The 20-year-old came through the Watford academy before he was signed by Welling United where he impressed in the U23’s and first team.
More recently he has played for Whitehawk and Cray Wanderers, and he scored against us in a 1-1 draw at Hartsdown Park last season for Cray Wanderers.
Player/manager Ben Greenhalgh added: “We’re happy to get Enoch over the line, I know a lot of clubs in our division had interest in him but after having a conversation with him I knew he was the perfect fit for us. He’s young with some good experience under his belt of non-league as well and he’s an outlet that we’ve been looking to add into the team. I’m sure he’ll have a good role with us throughout the season and I look forward to having him play for Margate and show the fans what we’ve seen from him already! He trained on Thursday and will be in the squad today!
