CLUB NEWS / Minutes Applause Before Kick-Off On Saturday
Before kick-off on Saturday, we encourage supporters of Enfield Town and Margate to partake in a minutes applause for Bob, who passed earlier this week.
Bob joined Margate in December 1970 after player for Ramsgate and Herne Bay previously and he made 46 appearances in blue from 1970 to 1972. He finished his playing career with Canterbury City and Dover before he turned to management at Ramsgate.
After he left Ramsgate, he became the assistant manager at Margate helping with the first and reserve team in the 1992/93 season.
Our condolences go out to all of Bob’s family and loved ones.
