Coronavirus Update: 2019/20 Season Terminated

The BetVictor Isthmian League has issued a statement confirming its plan to terminate the 2019-20 season immediately.

On Thursday 26th March, The FA announced that it had reached a consensus with NLS steps three to six to bring the 2019-20 season to an end. They have also confirmed that all results will be expunged. This will mean no promotion or relegation of clubs between NLS steps three to six, and no promotion to NLS step two.

The FA all confirmed their decision that all grassroots football is concluded for the 2019-20 season. This also applies to the League Margate Ladies compete in.

Supporters will be aware that The FA issued guidelines advising grassroots football to be suspended and following on from the recent advice from the Government, Hartsdown Park's 5-a-side cages have been shut.

During these tough times please look after one another, help those less fortunate than yourself, wash your hands regularly and please don’t hoard toilet roll.
