We are pleased to confirm that assistant manager, Adam Flanagan, first team coach, Elliot Leveson, will be staying at Margate in their respective roles for next season!
Both have been a crucial part to our successes in the Isthmian South-East, leading from the touchline whilst Ben Greenhalgh played on the pitch.
Having the foundations off the field like Flan and Elliot have allowed Margate to have their best season in ten years and have been a key part to bringing the buzz back to HDP!
The Club can also confirm that sports therapist, Graham Day will also return for next season!
With those confirmed as staying on, Ben Greenhalgh said: “I couldn’t be more thankful with the addition of Flan and Elliot this season. Understandably there may have been some concerns around player management, but having Adams experience on the sideline and managing throughout non-league and Elliot’s knowledge of non-league football has made us three a very strong team in all different areas.”
“We’re very committed to continuing the form of the season and will all be working as hard as we possibly can to keep Margate winning games of football and keeping that hope at Hartsdown park!”
“Graham also has been influential to the group adding such a high level of professionalism in his sports therapy and he has looked after every single player this season so that they can also give their all for the club.”
“I mentioned trying to keep continuity within the playing squad, but most importantly keeping Flan and Elliot as management staff and Graham as Sports therapist then I’m sure we can continue to build and progress as a football squad!”
