Margate FC are pleased to announce a pre-season friendly at Hartsdown Park against SCEFL side Sutton Athletic on Tuesday 29th July, with kick-off at 7:45pm.
This fixture is a great opportunity for fans to get a look at the team ahead of the 2025/26 season, and we’re doing something a little different this time around – entry will be “Pay What You Want”!
All proceeds from the gate will go directly to support the Margate FC Community Trust, which continues to deliver vital work in the local area. One of the Trust’s key initiatives is its ongoing homeless project, which has made a real difference in the community – and there are exciting plans to expand its reach even further in the coming season.

“We’re really proud of the work the Trust has been able to do, especially around supporting those facing homelessness. Events like this not only raise much-needed funds but also help raise awareness of the issues people in our community are facing. The support from the club and fans means everything, and we’re excited to keep building on that during the 2025/26 season.”
