Margate U23’s produced a strong showing on their first outing of the 2025/26 season as they beat Canterbury City 5-1 at Hartsdown Park on Friday night.
The young ‘Gate side trailed 1-0 at half-time, but a blistering 25 minute spell in the second half saw them net five times to begin their pre-season schedule in style.
The side return to Hartsdown Park next Friday as they take on Hythe Town U23’s in another pre-season warm up game with kick-off scheduled for 7:45pm and entry FREE for all supporters.
