Get ready to unleash your inner hero as the Superhero Run returns to Margate on Sunday 3rd August 2025, starting at 10AM at Hartsdown Park. This exciting community event features a 10k, 5k, and a fun-filled 1-mile Family Fun Run—all set in the heart of Margate and open to runners of all abilities.
Organised by Sporting Events UK, this is more than just a race—it’s a celebration of community spirit, costumes, and charity. Whether you’re chasing a personal best or just looking for a great day out with the family, there’s something for everyone.

Margate FC Community Trust has three FREE race places available for local superheroes willing to raise funds for the Trust. It’s a fantastic chance to get involved in the event at no cost while supporting vital community projects.
Race Options:
- 10k & 5k (UKA age limits apply)
- 1-mile Family Fun Run – perfect for all ages!
All runners will receive a medal, with t-shirts for 5k/10k participants.
