Margate U23s return to Hartsdown Park this Friday evening as they host Sheppey United U23s in their first home fixture of the 2025/26 SCEFL Development East League campaign.
Tur Hoxha’s young side got their season off to the perfect start last Thursday, with an emphatic 4-0 away victory over last season’s champions, Deal Town, at The Charles Ground. A brace from Alfie Dougal, along with goals from Ezra Akinwale and Reece Greig, secured all three points in a dominant display from the Blues.
This will be Sheppey United U23s’ first outing of the season, and they’ll be looking to make a strong start. The corresponding fixture last year was a tightly contested encounter that ended in a 1-1 draw under the Hartsdown Park lights.
