Margate welcome 2nd placed Hastings United to Hartsdown Park tonight (Tuesday) looking to build on their perfect start to October.
Two away wins at Peacehaven & Telscombe and AFC Croydon Athletic this month have left the ‘Gate sitting 4th in the division, four points off top spot.
Manager Jamie Coyle will be without Connor Wilkins, Mikey Dalton and Jake McIntyre for tonight’s game, whilst Midfielder Lewis Chambers took another step towards returning after taking part in another training session last night.
The Blues hope to add one more name to their ranks ahead of kick-off.
Hastings United arrive to Hartsdown Park in fine form having taken 21 points from their nine games so far.
Former Margate Midfielder Max Walsh is their stand out player having netted several times so far this season.
History between these two sides in recent times has tend to favour tonight’s visitors, however the ‘Gate did win the last meeting in March last season 1-0.
The last meeting at Hartsdown Park between the two sides came in December 2025 when Hastings ran out with a convincing 3-0 win.
Kick-off at Hartsdown Park is scheduled for 7:45pm with gates open from 6:30pm.
