Flanagan has a wealth of experience in management, spending three years in charge of Brentwood, which included a promotion from step four. His other jobs include Concord Rangers for three years, where he battled close to the playoffs as well as joint manager at Dartford for two years!
As an assistant manager, he has worked at Herne Bay in their Isthmian Premier Division campaign, and most recently at Ashford United! Adam also has a good relationship with Ben, signing him at Concord Rangers and Dartford!
Ben Greenhalgh added: “To have Flan on board is massive for myself and the football club. His experience from being a manager and being promoted out of step four previously as well as being someone I can trust and is someone who always got the best out of me as a player, so I know he’ll be the perfect addition to the team!”
