Margate FC are delighted to announce that Henry Young has been voted the Supporters’ Player of the Month for September, earning 58% of the vote.
Since returning to Hartsdown Park from Dover, Henry has been a key figure in the Margate midfield. His composure on the ball, tireless work rate, and leadership in the centre of the pitch have made him a standout performer throughout the month.
One of the defining moments of Henry’s September came in our 2-1 victory over VCD Athletic, where he scored a crucial goal to help secure all three points for the Gate. His influence has been felt in every match, and supporters recognised his impact with a clear majority of the votes.
Henry will be presented with his Player of the Month trophy ahead of our home fixture against Faversham Town next Tuesday night at Hartsdown Park.
