We are pleased to announce the return signing of former Blues defender Teddy Perkins.
Perkins joins from Isthmian North side Concord Rangers, however he had a 13 game spell at Hartsdown Park during the 2023/24 season.
The 26-year old centre-half began his career with Leyton Orient before moving to Burnley U23’s before joining Watford. Spells in non-league include time at Welling United, Tonbridge Angels and Canvey Island.
Manager Jamie Coyle is pleased to welcome Teddy back to Hartsdown Park.
“Teddy is a great addition to the group we have here. We have been looking to get someone in since pre-season, but it’s important we try and get the right players and people to add to what we have and Teddy matches all of that”.
“Teddy had a spell with the club previously so he knows the fans, the club, and set up and he’s familiar to Harry Seaden also having played with him before, he’s another player of good pedigree and age and will add some experience of higher levels like Ryan Huke who we have also added this week”.
Everyone at Margate would like to welcome Teddy back to Hartsdown Park.
