Margate Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of Defender Toby Bower from AFC Croydon Athletic.
The defender can play at left back and left centre back and will provide further defensive cover for the Blues.
21-year old Bower has graduated through the ranks of Charlton Athletic where he played from 7 years old through to 20-years old.
Bower spent last season loan with Farnborough before a spell at Walton & Hersham at the beginning of the season before joining up with Danny Kedwell at AFC Croydon Athletic.
Manager Jamie Coyle was pleased to finally capture the talented defender.
“Toby is someone we have watched and seen since his Charlton days but he also stood out against us for Croydon earlier this season.
“He has so much quality and can defend one versus one brilliantly he is going to be a major asset to the club and team”.
Toby will be available for selection tomorrow when we face Ashford United at The Green Box Stadium.
Everyone at Margate would like to welcome Toby to Hartsdown Park.
