Margate Football Club are delighted to confirm that Defender Kai Garande has committed to the 2026/27 season at Hartsdown Park.
Garande joined the Blues ahead of the 2024/25 season and has enjoyed two superb years, in which he was voted supporters player of the season after his first at Hartsdown Park, which will now extend into a third season.
A left sided defender, Kai has shown attacking threat with his quick and powerful runs down the wing leading to assists and goals throughout his time in blue.
Assistant Manager Matt Longhurst is delighted that Kai has committed to next season.
“Kai is someone I have admired for the last few seasons. I watched him at Millwall and then Hythe and obviously managed against him during his time here at Margate”.
“He has bags of energy and can run up and down the wing all game so we are pleased to get him signed on, and we know it is one that will particularly please and excite the fans”.
Everyone at Hartsdown Park would like to welcome Kai back for the 2026/27 season.
