Back in November, Margate F.C. confirmed that the club was in the process of preparing and submitting a planning application for the new South Stand development at Hartsdown Park.
The proposed development includes a brand-new South Stand, 59 co-living residential units, and undercroft parking, forming a key part of the club’s long-term vision.
The club can now confirm that the full planning application was formally submitted this month.
We now patiently – and optimistically – await feedback from the council and will, of course, keep supporters updated as soon as we receive further information.
